Now it is almost at the completion of the procedure, you'll definitely notice the message “You have not yet completed an offer, you only need to complete one offer below”. In a Dutch auction the lowest unique bid wins . It seems a little complicated, but the following picture is certainly more explanatory :

The first bid is the lowest bid , but it is not the only one, in fact, the same bet was made by 4 users (4 bids ) , so it's not the winning , the third offer ( € 0.03 ) is not the lowest and not even the only one, in fact, has 2 bids, so it's not the winning , the fourth offer is unique, true, because it has only 1 bid, but it is not the lowest , and so this it is not the winning , wins the second offer because it was bet by one person and is also the lowest bid .Wins the auction the person who made the second offer , which will have to pay only € 0.02 to take home the prize.
